Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Should you need to reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

6. Service Delivery

Urban Visionaries is dedicated to delivering high-quality services in a timely manner. All deliverables will be provided 7-14 days after services are rendered unless delays are caused by factors beyond our control. Clients are expected to provide all necessary materials and information promptly to avoid delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Urban Visionaries for clients remain the intellectual property of Urban Visionaries until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of services. Any revisions or additional requests outside the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges.

9. Communication

Effective communication is essential to the success of our collaboration. We encourage open and regular communication to ensure that all expectations are met. Any significant changes or updates to the project scope must be communicated in writing.

10. Disclaimer

Urban Visionaries strives to provide the best possible services to our clients. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, as success depends on numerous factors beyond our control. Our advice and services are provided based on our expertise and experience, but the ultimate responsibility for business decisions rests with the client.
